Colorado Physical Therapy Association
APTA/Colorado Chapter

The APTA Colorado Chapter represents every corner of the state: West Slope, Northeast, Southeast and Mile High. Each district provides local resources to members within their geographic area.
The Chapter also recognizes seven statewide Special Interest Groups, or SIGs. They are: Colorado Acute/Rehab, Clinical Education, Pediatric, Private Practice, PTA, Sport and Student.

Committed to a culture of excellence and leadership in healthcare, education, advocacy and research.

Mission
The Colorado Physical Therapy Association is to advance physical therapist practice delivery through innovation, collaboration, advocacy and service.

Values
Foster innovative approaches to member support, content delivery and ongoing professional engagement and education that adds value to physical therapist practice delivery.
Facilitate collaboration across the diverse areas of practice and geography resulting in improved communication, support and effective physical therapy care to the external community and within the profession.
Promote advocacy for the physical therapy profession and the clients we serve.
Engage in outstanding service to our members and the many communities we support.

Leadership
APTA Colorado has a Board of Directors composed of the Chapter Officers and Directors elected at-large and representing Districts and recognized Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
